Install the Crosshead Assembly

Series 322 Load Unit Installation

1. Tighten the crosshead manual locking bolts.

Check the torque on the locking bolts, following the pattern in the following

figure.

Make sure the locks are tight.

Load Unit Rating 100 kN (22 kip)

100 N·m (140 lbf·ft)

Load Unit Rating 250 kN (55 kip)

271 N·m (200 lbf·ft)

Load Unit Rating 500 kN (110 kip)

Rear
